取新鲜西瓜皮若干，洗净后捣汁，涂抹身上5～6分钟后用温水洗净，或直接用西瓜皮轻轻擦搓10分钟，再用水冲净，每天1次。在酷暑时节坚持使用，不仅可防治痱子，避免或消除皮肤瘙痒，还可使皮肤变得光滑。除了擦，人们还可用西瓜皮适量煎水洗浴，每天两次，每次20分钟，连续几天痱子也能消失。
2藿香正气水加水擦洗
藿香正气水是夏季解暑感冒常用的良药，它具有解表化湿、理气和胃的功效。用藿香正气水治疗小儿痱子，效果较好。取藿香正气水1支按比例加凉开水或生理盐水稀释，稀释浓度为：不满3个月者，药液与水比例为1：3；4个月～12个月者，药液与水比例为1：2；超过1岁者，药液与水比例1：1。用药之前先用温水将局部洗净擦干，然后用消毒药棉蘸稀释后的药液涂擦患处，每日2～3次。
3双花浴液洗澡
双花浴液指的是用金银花和野菊花煎水泡澡用的中草药液体。这两种花都有清热解毒的功效。先取金银花和野菊花各30克，煎水备用，与浴水的比例参照上文，一般洗泡5~10分钟即可，沐浴后非常的凉爽，还可防治痱子。
4白酒化六神丸涂擦
不少家长在夏天给孩子服用六神丸防治痱子，实际上外治更安全，因为不少六神丸是由牛黄、蟾蜍等中药组成，其中蟾蜍有毒，婴幼儿服用不当会出现中毒症状。如何外用防治痱子呢？取六神丸20颗用3毫升46度左右的白酒化开，家长用洗净的手指蘸取涂抹宝宝有痱子的地方即可。这种方法一般用于比较严重的痱子，第一次使用建议在中医师的指导下进行。
5用温开水稀释十滴水涂擦
婴幼儿皮肤细嫩，不宜直接擦涂十滴水。先用温开水将患处皮肤的汗水和分泌的油脂擦洗干净，然后，挤出数滴十滴水将十滴水与温开水按l：10的比例稀释后涂于患处，让其自然风干。每天擦涂次数，可视其痱子多少而增减。要防止用手指甲抓挠而感染。用棉花棒擦涂为宜，第一次使用建议在中医师的指导下进行。
6马齿苋煮水治痱子
马齿苋适量，煮开的水，擦洗痱子，早晚各一次，在擦第二遍后，痱子开始消退，擦过三遍，痱子消失。马齿苋，叶呈扁椭圆形，紫梗，路边。草地均可找到。
